Each Thai people individual gets "the power to choose their leadership!".... Just simply exercises this individual power..." Do not need Red, or Yellow, or other colors.....or spend time and energy to back up their own groups...Thai culture runs by groups...influence, and money is the key of motivation!...In some culture if Mr.A is trying convince Mr.B to follow his idea..it means " Mr.A show disrespect Mr.B's decision" In fact: it is like try to manipulate Mr.B, and invade his own freewill. This system is applied for marketing field or even in a court system. Nobody can control each other, but everyone has ability to think and equal right to choose... and the end of the result...whoever becomes their leader, they respect the "final decision" That is the end of it!..That would reduce all conflicts between people, but focus on the leader instead!!! if everyone plays the same rules...Is this possible in Thailand??? as long as money, bullet, power,corruptions, bad rumors, fault information still spread around...No way...There will be no peace..., no real leader...because no "real power has been exercised" from each individaul.. and we (who has no-color) have to put up with " barking sound" from this and that color..until it is too late for Thailand.
